Try Our Valley And Receive Up to $5,000
The Tri-Valley (TVCVB), California Group Incentive Program offers booking groups a cash incentive to book business at a Tri-Valley property. Simply book your meeting or event through TVCVB between now and December 30, 2012 and the booking group will receive cash per booked room night! Incentives will be calculated as follows:

| 100-199 | $7.50 per room night | $1,500 |
| 200 and up | $10.00 per room night | $5,000 |

Eligibility:
Must be a new proposal, originated through the Tri-Valley, California Convention & Visitors Bureau for distribution to multiple properties. Cash incentives are paid within 30 days of group departure and are based on actualized room nights. Bookings must be actualized by December 31, 2013. All checks will be made payable to the organization whose members/guests used the booked rooms, and will be issued by the Tri-Valley, California Convention &Visitors Bureau. To be eligible for the $5,000 cash drawing, contracts must be booked by 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2012. Only one winner will be drawn for the $5,000 cash drawing on July 15, 2012. Winner of the $5,000 cash drawing will be paid $2,500 at the time of the drawing and $2,500 within 30 days of the group departure and are based on actualized room nights. The Tri-Valley, California Convention & Visitors Bureau reserves the right to end the incentive program at any time, but all bookings and drawing entries made during the incentive or drawing period will be honored by TVCVB.
For purposes of this offer, "book" or "booked" means to submit a signed agreement with a Tri Valley property not later than 5:00 p.m. on the deadline date set forth above, provided that agreement is actually signed by the Tri-Valley property any time thereafter. "Booking group" means the entity whose members/guests are using the booked rooms. "Tri-Valley property" means a Tri-Valley Tourism Business Improvement District hotel property. "Cash" means a check payable to the booking group; cash is payable upon verification that hotel accounts were paid in full. "New proposal" means an event booked after July 1, 2011.
